Impact

App Features Design and Release

I designed the process from end-to-end, which includes:

  • Ideated and defined the product features based on user research and market analysis.
  • Created wireframes and user flows to visualize the product's navigation.
  • Collaborated with a UI designer to iterate on design concepts.
  • Partnered with developers throughout the development lifecycle.

Jello Desktop Version Release

In response to a significant increase in user growth and their preference for desktop communication, I initiated collaboration with the frontend team to strategize and execute the development of a web version for Jello.

Product Requirements Document & User Flow

I assumed the role of crafting the Product Requirements Document, which encompassed feature specifications, UI flows, flow diagrams, edge cases, and more. Our cross-functional team relied on the PRD, Jira, and Confluence documents for communication and collaboration.

Qualitative & Quantitative User Research

I collaborated with another product manager to conduct user research and market analysis, encompassing:

  • Exploratory research to identify potential product opportunities.
  • Surveys to prioritize feature development based on user feedback.
  • Interviews aimed at gaining insights into user behavior.
  • Usability testing sessions to iterate the product design,

Created the KANO Model survey and analyzed the results, then shared it with the team to prioritize features:
